Value Analysis.

Value analysis is a systematic approach to a product as a whole and its different components. By conducting components cost price analyses and benchmarking, both instruments of this efficient method for cost reduction, we identify and eliminate all costs unnecessary for the value or the function of a product or service. With this aim, functional requirements and product features are critically examined regarding their actual necessity.

We analyse prices of components in correlation to processes, identify cost drivers, optimise procurement structures and thus provide for better and more favourable suppliers.
