This HPI quality management tool enables our customers to inform HPI via the Internet on performance-related non-conformances of suppliers or service providers chosen by HPI.
Corresponding non-conformance reports are the basis for customer-specific supplier evaluations and auditable within the quality assurance process.
The aim of this system is to provide a fact-based performance assessment of suppliers and service providers with least possible administrative effort for our customers.
In particular in the logistics area this application is well accepted.
