PEP is focusing on the entire supply chain. All elements of total supply cost are identified, necessary market analyses prepared, workshops held to gather and assess ideas, action plans drawn up, monitoring and measurement systems implemented. Finally, a cross-functional project team, consisting of previously selected team members, is directed to the envisaged result.
